Together we make our cities even more livable and bike sharing a bit smarter every day. Right now we are more than 400 employees in Germany. At the headquarter in Leipzig we are constantly working on our goal to get more people on bikes. Also our bike production as well as the customer service, which is available 24/7, are based in Leipzig. 𝗪𝗘 𝗔𝗥𝗘 𝗙𝗟𝗘𝗫𝗜𝗕𝗟𝗘 We offer both: dock-less and station-based bike sharing. And we love to combine those two in a hybrid system. Bike sharing delivers its full potential with free-floating areas in the city center and rental stations at highly frequented spots. 𝗪𝗘 𝗔𝗥𝗘 𝗥𝗘𝗟𝗜𝗔𝗕𝗟𝗘 We are taking care of our customers. Our service team ensures the bikes are always in top shape and rebalanced around the city on a daily basis. Customer service is available 24/7 by phone, e-mail and app support. 𝗪𝗘 𝗔𝗥𝗘 𝗤𝗨𝗔𝗟𝗜𝗧𝗬 𝗖𝗢𝗡𝗦𝗖𝗜𝗢𝗨𝗦 We are manufacturing in Germany. Our standards are inherently high when it comes to robustness, durability and sustainability of our products. We exclusively use premium components which are fully compliant with relevant ISO norms.
