Latino Community Services, Inc. (LCS) is a nonprofit organization based in the City of Hartford providing services to people living with HIV/AIDS and people at risk for HIV infection since 1986. LCS connects people with ways to promote healthy lives and communities through direct service, education, and capacity building/training.
