You also have a dedicated property manager for each property, who acts as a tenant liaison to respond to any tenant needs, from their first showing to their final settlement after move out. We are licensed General Contractors and Plumbers (CA number 7561226). Our in house and contract maintenance team is focused on giving you better pricing and faster service for more satisfied tenants and quick efficient turnovers to minimize vacancy and turnover time.
