The assets of Anderson Bat Company LLC were sold by the primary and secondary lien holders in September 2013 to Hildebrandt International, who is currently continuing operations at the Placentia location under the registered dba "Anderson Bat Company". Anderson Bat Company LLC was legally dissolved by the foreclosure and subsequent sale. Steven Anderson received no compensation in the transfer of assets, was not a party to the transfer of assets, and has no participation in the new company as employee, stakeholder, or consultant.
