WSISFU is an NGO founded by Rosemary Nabwato on 15th August 2017 and full registered on 30th January 2018 to address the psychological traumatic experience faced by mothers with babies of brain and spinal cord damage; this was developed out of desperate situation she was undergoing of having given birth to a baby with brain and spinal cord damage.
